What are your open play hours?
Our hours can change from week to week (private parties sometimes shift them), so we keep the most up-to-date schedule on our home page. See this week's hours, with dates, or call us at (607) 237-0087. Last entry is 45 minutes before close.
Do I need a reservation for open play?
No reservation needed — just drop in during open play hours. Reservations only apply to birthday parties and private events.
What ages is Kidz Kingdom for?
Our play areas are designed for babies through big kids, with zones suited to different ages. Everyone plays under the supervision of their accompanying adult.
Is there a time limit for open play?
No — your admission is good for all-day open play.
🧦 Rules & Safety
Are socks required?
Yes — socks are required for all children and adults in the play area. Forgot yours? Socks are available for $1.85 per pair at the front desk.
Why no shoes?
Shoes off keeps our play surfaces clean and safe for everyone. Please leave shoes in the cubbies before entering the play area.
Can we bring food or drink?
Yes — you're welcome to bring food and drinks. We just ask that they stay out of the play area and be enjoyed in our seating areas.
Do I need to stay with my child?
Yes. Kidz Kingdom is not a drop-off facility — a parent or guardian must remain on-site and supervise their children at all times.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, every child needs a waiver signed by a parent or guardian before playing. An online waiver is coming soon — for now, sign one quickly at the front desk. Learn more.

How much does it cost?
Open play admission is $15.74 per child, and each child's admission includes one free adult. See full pricing. All prices are subject to sales tax.
Do adults have to pay?
Each child's admission includes one free adult, so a grown-up gets in free with every child who plays.
What is the Summer Pass?
The Unlimited Summer Pass is $59.99 for your first child and $39.99 for each additional child. It includes unlimited weekday play June–August, plus free snacks, drinks and a squishy toy. See details.
How do I buy a pass?

How do I book a birthday party?
Online booking is coming soon. In the meantime, contact us and we'll help you pick a date and package.
What's the difference between public and private parties?
Public parties give you a private party room with shared access to the facility (from $250). Private parties give you exclusive access to the entire facility (from $350). Compare packages.
How many kids are included?
Public parties include 15 children; private parties host up to 25. Additional children are $15.74 each, and adults are free at every party.
