Plain language, no fine print. Here's what we collect on this website, why, and what we never do with it.

We don't sell your information. We collect three things: what you type into our forms when you contact us, buy a gift card or sign up for a membership, anonymous information about how people use the site so we can make it better, and information that tells us whether our Facebook and Instagram ads are working. When you sign up for a membership, that includes sharing your contact details with Meta in scrambled (hashed) form.
When you fill out a form on this website, we receive what you typed:
Gift card, class and membership payments are handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. When you check out, or update your card or cancel a membership, you're on Stripe's own secure page. We never see, receive or store your card number. Stripe tells us only that a payment succeeded and for how much.
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use this site โ which pages get visited, how far down the page people read, and where visitors get stuck. This helps us fix confusing pages and keep our hours, pricing and party information easy to find.
Clarity records anonymous usage sessions. Text you type into our forms is masked โ it is hidden before it ever leaves your browser, so your name, email, phone number and messages are not visible in this data. We can see that someone used the contact form; we cannot see what they typed there. This Clarity data is not tied to your identity and is not used for advertising.
Prefer not to be included? Most browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting, and ad-blocking or privacy extensions will block Clarity entirely. The website works exactly the same either way.
We advertise Kidz Kingdom on Facebook and Instagram. To know whether those ads actually bring families through the door โ instead of guessing โ we use the Meta pixel, a small piece of code from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram.
The pixel tells Meta when someone visits a page on this website, and when someone takes an action we're measuring โ such as starting or completing a purchase, booking or registration. It also receives the standard technical details your browser sends to any website: your IP address, your browser and device, and the page you're on. Meta uses this to report how our ads performed and to show our ads to people likely to be interested. The pixel never sends Meta your name, email address, phone number, card details, or anything you type into a form.
When you sign up for a membership, our server also tells Meta directly that a membership was bought, so we can tell which ads actually lead to sign-ups. With it we send your email address, phone number, name, and the ZIP code and country from your billing details, all scrambled (hashed) before they leave us, so they aren't sent as readable text. Meta uses them to match the sign-up to a Facebook or Instagram account, so our ad reports are accurate. We also send the ad-click code from the Facebook or Instagram link you arrived by (if there was one), Meta's browser cookie, your IP address and your browser type, plus the plan and price. We never send your card details, or your children's names or birthday months.
This means we do use advertising cookies, and you may see Kidz Kingdom ads on Facebook or Instagram after visiting this site.
Prefer not to be included? We honor your browser's "Do Not Track" and "Global Privacy Control" settings. Switch either one on and the pixel never loads at all, and if you sign up for a membership, we don't tell Meta about it. Ad blockers and privacy extensions stop the pixel too, but not our server's membership sign-up message, so use one of those browser settings if you'd rather we didn't send it. You can also limit ad personalization in your own Facebook and Instagram settings. The website and sign-up work exactly the same either way.
Our analytics uses cookies to tell repeat visits apart from new ones. Our advertising uses cookies to measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads are working. Stripe uses cookies during checkout to keep your payment secure. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.
