Good to know

Every child needs a signed waiver. Sign it online before your first visit. It's good for a year. Learn more.
Socks are required for kids and grown-ups. Forgot yours? They're $1.85 at the front desk.
Membership covers weekdays only. On Saturdays and Sundays, regular admission applies.
Hours change from week to week, so check this week's hours before you come.

Membership FAQs

How do I cancel?

Use Manage my membership. The link is in your welcome email and at the top of this page. Monthly memberships have no minimum and can be canceled anytime. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep your membership until then and won't be charged again. Annual memberships are prepaid and non-refundable (see the next question).

Is sales tax added?

Yes. Sales tax is added at checkout and shown before you pay.

Can I get a refund on the annual plan?

No. The annual plan is paid up front for the year and isn't refundable partway through. That's how you get 1.5 months free compared with paying monthly. If you'd rather keep the freedom to cancel anytime, choose the monthly plan.

Does the membership cover weekends?

No. Membership covers open play Monday through Friday. On Saturdays and Sundays, members pay regular admission, and one grown-up still comes in free with each child. Check this week's hours before you visit.

How does the guest pass work?

Every month your family gets one guest pass. Bring a friend (plus the grown-up with them) to play free on a weekday and let the front desk know you're using your pass. Guest passes expire at the end of each month and don't roll over.

How do the free drink and snack work?

Every month, each child on the membership gets one free drink and one free snack. The snack can be a Snack, a Pouch or a Granola Bar (Dippin' Dots aren't included). They're for weekday visits, Monday through Friday during open play, the same as membership play. They reset on the 1st of each month, and unused ones don't roll over. Just ask at the front desk.

How does the birthday surprise work?

Can I add a child later?

Yes. Call us at (607) 237-0087, email admin@kidzkingdomllc.com, or ask at the front desk, and we'll add them to your membership at the additional-child rate: $20 a month on monthly, or $210 a year on annual, plus sales tax.

What if a payment doesn't go through?

We'll let you know by email. Update your card anytime through Manage my membership, and do it as soon as you can so your membership stays active.

How do I check in?

Just give your phone number at the front desk, the same one you signed up with. No card needed.

Do grown-ups need a membership?

No. One grown-up comes in free with each member child, the same as regular admission. Additional adults pay the regular adult price.

Monthly plan
